Master of Human Resource Management

NU’s Master of Human Resource Management degree (MHRM) helps human resource professionals gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become leaders in their field. The program is designed to prepare students for a range of roles within domestic or international organizations, including leadership positions. Upon graduation, students will have a deep understanding of the positive impact human resources has on both the employment lifecycle and strategic organizational goals.
This program covers foundational concepts and theories along with effective human resource practices. Students will explore employee recruitment, retention strategies, staffing models, compensation issues and learn how to manage labor relations. Additional areas of focus include training and development, global talent development and employment law. Those in this program will also acquire the skills needed to effectively manage a diverse, global workforce.
